The Forward Deployment Engineering team plays an integral role in the end to end customer journey including implementation, customer upsells and renewals


If you like to tackle complex business challenges, solve sticky technical problems, and provide expert consultation, this is the role for you. We're looking for a full-time phenomenal Forward Deployment Engineer to join our team! Part technologist, part consultant, the Forward Deployment Engineer plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects. You will participate in client calls and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.


Please note: This is a full-time, onsite position based at our headquarters in Ambler, PA, requiring 5 days per week in-office. Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Ambler, PA or be willing to relocate. At this time, we do not offer sponsorship for this role, including F1-OPT, STEM-OPT, CPT, or any other status that would require an EAD card.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to facilitate technical discussions and clarify client needs, supporting the development of targeted recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Assist in technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements for implementing platforms and integrating with existing technology stacks.
  • Analyze client requirements and challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate the short- and long-term impact of recommendations.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support operational excellence by contributing to documentation, sharing knowledge, and improving internal processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing multiple projects and tasks while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build foundational expertise in SaaS architecture, integration services, and industry best practices.
  • Requires the ability to travel up to 30% on a regular basis for this role.

What You've Done


  • At least 3 years of experience working with APIs, web services, or related integration technologies. Hands-on experience with methods such as Web Services (REST, SOAP), SSO, and integration tools.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to build a career in Solution Architecture, with exposure to SaaS, microservices, or multi-tenancy architecture is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage in consultative discussions, manage client relationships, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, basic programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python), web technologies, SFTP, and email server integrations.
  • Contributed to creating technical documentation and refining processes for better scalability and efficiency.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or HR technologies.
  • Experience in a global team environment, working with diverse teams and time zones.

Salary

  • Expected salary range $90,000 - $125,000
