Locations: Westland, MI & Redford, MI
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications

About Us:
Caring Hands Childcare Academy and Caring Hands Childcare & Preschool are dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for passionate Lead Teachers who are committed to fostering a love for learning in young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Assess and track children’s progress to support their developmental milestones.
