Requirements

Your Mission: Sparking Greatness

As an Early Childhood Educator, you won't just be teaching—you'll be shaping futures!

Education & Experience:


  • A degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, OR at least 6 ECE credits from an institution of higher education.
  • Proven experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans with a focus on Pyramid Model/WMELS.
  • Willingness to learn and complete all necessary training for the position.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to meet all state, YoungStar, and/or accreditation requirements.
