About the Sales Trainer - Reddit:

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available in the Ogden area for a Sales Trainer for our Reddit team. The Sales Trainer will work under the Senior Training Manager - Ads and Media Programs, using MarketStar and Reddit training methods, processes, and standards. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training curriculum to internal sales teams.

The qualifying candidate will be responsible for the entire sales training curriculum - including developing courses, scheduling classes, communicating with participants and stakeholders, assessing the outcomes (impact) of the training, and reporting results to stakeholders. They will work in partnership with sales team managers, to ensure training is impactful in meeting business needs, and will identify training needs and best practices with the end of sharing/collaborating with the team to improve training methods, processes, and standards.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do?

• Become an authority on MarketStar's and Reddit sales motions and unique methods of influencing sales in B2B, retail, and direct sales ecosystems.

• Develop, deliver and manage sales training curriculum

• Develop sales certifications and certification tracks within the curriculum

• Maintain a robust calendar of sales training

• Developed behavioral and performance objectives for given training interventions and report on attainment of objectives to stakeholders

• Work with director, program manager, team leads and client to monitor and assess training impact on team performance with the end of better aligning training content and methods to improve performance

What Will You Need to Succeed?

• Ads and media sales experience required

• Experience delivering training to sales teams in a professional environment

• Extensive working knowledge of online marketing/ad-tech industry sales strategies

• Computer technology experience a plus - particularly as it relates to e-learning and training within a virtual environment

• Graphical design experience a plus - specifically the ability to create visually appealing graphics that communicate complex ideas in an understandable format

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills, driven by results and business impacts

• Self-starter, quick learner, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction

• Passionate about delivering excellence and superior service to the business!

Compensation: $60,000

The salary range for this position is $60,000 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
