Construction Project Manager

Specializing in high-end residential and commercial pool and landscape design/construction, our vision is to deliver personalized, innovative spaces that enhance our clients' daily lives.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end pool and landscape projects from start to finish. This role ensures that every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and up to Red Leaf's exacting quality standards. The Project Manager provides clear direction to field teams, coordinates closely with internal staff and trade partners, and represents Red Leaf's commitment to excellence on every job site. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and process change orders as needed.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
  • Enforce quality standards and safety protocols on all job sites.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and closeout materials.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management required.
  • Experience in pool, landscape, or hardscape construction preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Professional, client-focused, and aligned with Red Leaf's values.

Physical Requirements: The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day). All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience and qualifications
