At Red Barn Burgers and 322 BBQ, we grind our own blend of brisket, chuck, and short rib, smash burgers on Martin's Potato Rolls, smoke meats low and slow, and churn house-made shakes with Hy-Point Dairy cream. We're looking for experienced cooks to join our team and help deliver the quality our guests expect every single day.
Position Overview:

As a Cook at 322 BBQ / Red Barn Burgers, you'll work alongside a dedicated kitchen crew preparing smash burgers, smoked BBQ, and signature specialties from scratch. We need someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep and cook menu items according to recipe specs and portion standards
  • Work the flat top, smoker, and fry station with consistency and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout your shift
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
  • Ensure every item meets our quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines and health code regulations
