HireFrontier is hiring a Marketing & Recruitment Administrative Coordinator to support staffing operations, coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns, and manage client/candidate engagement — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and multitasking.

Responsibilities

●      Assist planning/executing recruitment marketing campaigns

●      Support employer branding, job ad distribution, and outreach

●      Create/update job postings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other boards

●      Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials

●      Track campaign performance and applicant flow reporting

●      Coordinate between recruiters, clients, and candidates for scheduling

●      Manage job requisitions, pipelines, and interview scheduling

●      Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records

●      Support onboarding coordination

●      Provide day-to-day admin support to sales and recruiting teams
