Associate Veterinarian

Aeries Recruiting LLC

Las Vegas, NV • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 3 days ago

Job description

Associate Veterinarian

I partner with privately owned and doctor-led veterinary practices across the U.S. that are actively looking to add Associate Veterinarians to their teams.

A lot of the doctors I speak with are not necessarily “actively job searching,” but are open to hearing about the right opportunity if it offers:

• Better work-life balance

• A stronger team culture• More support staff

• Higher quality medicine

• Better mentorship or growth opportunities

• More flexibility and autonomy

• A healthier day to day environment

The practices I work with vary from established multi-doctor hospitals to progressive smaller practices looking to carefully add another doctor to the team.

Many offer:

• Strong technician support

• Flexible scheduling• Modern equipment and diagnostics• Collaborative and low-drama environments

• Medical autonomy• Competitive compensation and production

• Mentorship for newer graduates

• Opportunities to grow clinically in surgery, dentistry, urgent care, or leadership

What I do differently is take time to understand what you actually want before introducing you anywhere.

I want to know:

• What type of medicine you enjoy

• What schedule works best for you

• What you like and dislike about your current role

• Compensation goals

• What kind of team and culture you thrive in

From there, I confidentially introduce you only to practices I genuinely think could be a strong fit.

If you’re even a little curious what opportunities may exist in your preferred area, feel free to reach out confidentially.
