Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management for large enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of CPQ platforms and quoting processes.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of system integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of data migration and data platforms.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical architects and developers without owning implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience driving governance forums and decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
  • Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Azure Devops, HPQC, RAID logs, etc.).
