IT Program Manager
Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Program Manager to serve as an Internal Cloud Demand Manager. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services. The successful candidate will produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints. This position owns the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze intake requests for internal cloud platform services.
  • Model the capacity impacts of new and existing demand.
  • Maintain and prioritize the demand backlog.
  • Integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for demand intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
  • Develop and produce accurate demand forecasts.
  • Align service demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
  • Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of Application Capacity Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.
  • 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.
  • Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
  • Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modeling.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week in Chandler, AZ. Only local candidates will be considered.
