Job description

Summary of Duties
The experienced Recruiting Specialist will undertake recruitment efforts for both Premier Service Company, Inc. & Jackson Security Services/Buford Locksmith. This pivotal role entails identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for interviews, overseeing the onboarding process, conducting thorough background checks, and coordinating the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be tasked with representing the companies at community career fairs and fostering connections with local workforce development partners to enhance recruitment initiatives. In addition, the role will collaborate with temporary contracting agencies to fulfil staffing requirements, ensuring seamless integration of temporary personnel into company operations. Furthermore, the Recruiter will design and implement tailed recruiting strategies aligned with the unique needs of both Premier Service Company trades of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and administration, optimizing recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent.


Preferred Qualifications
• Construction experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in Recruiting or Human Resources related field
• 3-5 years’ management experience is preferred
• AA/BA in Business or related fields is preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance
• Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
