Mission

Your Role :
Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee manufacturing operations and maintenance activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Managing a team of approximately 35 employees, including supervisors, team leaders and production personnel.
Maintaining a strong presence on the production floor to support employees and resolve operational issues.
Ensuring production plans are executed efficiently while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Supporting audits, inspections and operational investigations.
Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives.
Managing daily priorities, resources and operational performance.
Recruiting, coaching and developing operational teams.
Working Conditions :
Salary between $110,000 and $130,000
Day shift (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with the flexibility expected in an operations leadership role.

Comprehensive benefits package.
Permanent full-time position.
On-site role.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or another relevant discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a regulated industry. Pharmaceutical GMP experience is a strong asset, while food manufacturing experience will also be considered.
Proven experience leading production teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
Hands-on management style with excellent decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
ERP experience (SAP is considered an asset).
Fully bilingual (English and French). English is essential as many day-to-day communications are conducted in English.
If you're a hands-on operations leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a regulated manufacturing environment, I'd be pleased to discuss this opportunity with you.
