Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description:

The Recruiting Assistant supports the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This role partners with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure hiring processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities for multiple open positions.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records, hiring reports, and recruiting documentation.
  • Support recruiting events and initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Ensure employment records and hiring activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, administrative support, or business operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding, employment documentation, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Construction, engineering, or project-based industry experience is beneficial but not required.
