Our Keysight Technologies Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Contract College Recruiter who is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences for both students and hiring managers.

In this entry-level recruiting role, you will serve as a trusted partner and ambassador—connecting top early-career talent with impactful opportunities while supporting leaders across the business.

What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with students and hiring managers

  • Act as the primary point of contact for intern and early-career candidates across the U.S., guiding them through the recruiting process with a high-touch, personalized approach
  • Conduct resume reviews and phone screens, focusing on understanding each candidate’s interests, motivations, and career goals
  • Create a positive, engaging candidate experience from first interaction through offer, helping students feel connected to Keysight’s culture and mission

Partner closely with hiring managers

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, skill requirements, and long-term talent goals
  • Provide insights on candidate pipelines, market trends, and hiring progress, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure alignment and transparency by sharing timely updates and helping managers make informed decisions

Represent Keysight on campus and beyond

  • Confidently share Keysight’s story and value proposition with students through career fairs, campus presentations, and student organization engagement
  • Partner with Campus Program Managers and University Recruiting Specialist and local teams to build awareness and long-term relationships with key universities and student communities

Contribute to continuous improvement

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to refine and enhance university recruiting strategies and processes
  • Support additional initiatives such as relocation, immigration exposure, and program development
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal processes while maintaining a candidate-first mindset
