The Attorney Recruiting Assistant provides critical support for attorney hiring programs, including summer associate and lateral hiring initiatives, in a leading law firm environment. The role involves extensive administrative coordination, client service delivery, and collaboration with recruiting teams to facilitate smooth operational processes during high-volume recruitment periods.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of summer associate and lateral attorney recruiting programs
  • Support the scheduling, communication, and onboarding of attorney candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and legal teams
  • Manage candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, and related platforms (e.g., LawCruit, Symplicity, Legal.DATA) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, offer letters, and related documentation
  • Provide general administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence for attorney recruiting teams
  • Contribute to project coverage during peak periods, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with firm policies
