Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, submitting, and placing candidates
  • Learn to source qualified leads through outbound calls, internet research, email outreach, and platforms such as job boards, licensing boards, alumni networks, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Use internal databases and external tools to conduct outreach and build candidate pipelines under the guidance of experienced team members
  • Make outbound calls using internal databases and external resources to identify, screen, and build Aya's provider pipelines.
  • Support recruiters by identifying and passing along qualified leads and assisting with candidate submissions for open roles
  • Build and maintain professional relationships internally with team members and externally with potential candidates
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics with guidance and support
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment by staying organized, adaptable, and focused
  • Bring a high-energy, competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow, learn, and advance within the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (any field of study considered)

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $24.04 hourly, which equates to $50,000 annually.   

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
