The Talent Attraction team's mission is to attract exceptional talent through innovative recruitment and employer branding initiatives. As our Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator, you'll play a key role in one of our most visible talent programs by leading the recruitment of our interns across multiple hiring cycles each year, building meaningful relationships with students and academic partners, and helping bring our employer brand to life through events, social media, awards submissions, and other talent attraction initiatives.

As our Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our internship program across multiple hiring cycles each year (3) ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners while representing Coveo at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our internship program by contributing to initiatives that enhance the intern experience and strengthen our campus presence.
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content, employee referral program promotion, talent attraction events, and other activities that help showcase the Coveolife.
  • Support the preparation and submission of employer awards by gathering insights, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines.
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of flagship talent attraction initiatives, including Coveo Blitz and other community-building events.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Experience in talent acquisition, customer-facing roles, through an internship, student association, or other extracurricular involvement where you built relationships and coordinated initiatives.
  • Interest in campus recruitment, employer branding, and creating outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, allowing you to build relationships with candidates, academic partners, and internal stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Excellent judgment, curiosity, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to identify potential, ask thoughtful questions, and build meaningful connections.
