Position Description: Oxley Enterprises, Inc.'s (Oxley) intern program is designed to provide college students the opportunity to learn about Oxley and gain meaningful, hands‑on work experience in a professional environment. Our program emphasizes developing the next generation's workforce and gives each intern the opportunity to interact with various areas of the company. Our goal is to build a roadmap that leads you to a long,rewardingand challenging career with Oxley. Interns typicallyrepresentcollege students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing an undergraduate degree. Under direct supervision, the Business Intern performs various hands‑on tasks and assignments supporting the organization's professional staff across Human Resources, Recruiting, General Business Support, Business Development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enablement.

Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:

Human Resources
  • Researches and creates monthly employee engagement emails
  • Assists with the creation of the bi‑monthly company newsletter
  • Assists with preparing, sending, and tracking documents using e‑signature tools (e.g., SignNow)
  • Assists with annual updates to employee job descriptions
  • Supports salary surveys
  • Supports human resources initiatives
Recruiting
