Recruiting Specialist

Adecco is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and overall fit.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Partner with team members to support recruiting goals and workforce needs.

  • Contribute to associate engagement and retention initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
