Our dedicated team includes compassionate caregivers, Care Coordinators, and professional clinical nurses who work together to provide exceptional care and support.Position OverviewA&C Private Home Care is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Home Healthcare Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in home care coordination, staffing, scheduling, or a related healthcare field and possess strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.This role is critical to ensuring quality client care, caregiver support, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
