Corporate Recruiter

Position Summary

Cinch Home Services is seeking a relationship-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions across the organization, including corporate, technology, AI, sales, operations, customer service, and frontline roles.

The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring leaders, and identifying top talent in competitive markets. This individual will also serve as a key ambassador for Cinch by supporting university recruiting initiatives, strengthening our employer brand, and participating in employee engagement activities that promote Cinch as an employer of choice.

Essential Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance for corporate, technical, sales, operations, customer service, and frontline positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct phone screens, behavioral interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and market conditions to support data-driven hiring decisions and deliver QBRs to the stakeholders.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Technology & Strategic Recruiting

  • Recruit for technology and AI-related positions while remaining current on emerging talent trends and evolving skill sets.
  • Build pipelines of technical talent to support current and future business needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand changing workforce demands and recommend proactive sourcing strategies.

University & Early Career Recruiting

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, career centers, professors, and student organizations.
  • Represent Cinch at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities.
  • Support internship, early career, and leadership development recruiting initiatives.
  • Promote Cinch's employment brand to attract top emerging talent.

Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

  • Partner with Human Resources and Marketing to enhance Cinch's employer brand.
  • Support recruiting campaigns through social media, networking events, and community partnerships.
  • Serve as an active member of the Employee Events Committee by assisting with employee appreciation events, volunteer activities, wellness initiatives, and company celebrations.
  • Help create a positive candidate and employee experience that reflects Cinch's culture and values.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, AI recruiting tools, and labor market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring manager partnerships, and the overall candidate experience.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, sales, operations, customer service, or frontline positions.
  • Experience recruiting technology or AI-related roles preferred.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience with university recruiting, internship programs, or employer branding initiatives is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
