Located adjacent to Nassau Coliseum and supporting significant sports, entertainment, airline, banquet, and group business, this role is critical to delivering operational consistency and exceptional guest experience across a fast-paced and evolving property environment.
The hotel is currently undergoing a major guest room renovation, with approximately one-third of rooms already completed, creating an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to help elevate operations during a transformational period for the property.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Full-service Marriott experience strongly preferred
- Rooms Division leadership experience in high-volume operations
- Experience managing airline, group, or high-transient business preferred

- Proven ability to lead through operational change and high guest volume environments
