Job description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient materials handling, and facilitating effective communication between vendors and internal departments. This role coordinates all processes and functions to ensure that carrier vehicles arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes. Job Description
  • - Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through communication and coordination with carriers.
  • - Provide visibility to management through tracking, monitoring, auditing, researching, and resolving operational issues.
  • - Verify truck arrival within the scheduled Pickup Appointment date & time, and confirm the vehicle's location and expected arrival time.
  • - Request rescheduling for recovery in the case of truck no-shows.
  • - Identify high-frequency truck no-show carriers through shipment data analysis.
Qualifications
  • - Korean/English Bilingual REQUIRED
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situations
  • - Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • - Understanding of transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety management standards
  • - Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, with excellent communication abilities

  • - Ability to learn and utilize necessary management systems
