Seal Transportation | Truckload and Intermodal Logistics

Seal Transportation is seeking an Operations Support Specialist (OSS) to support our growing operations across carrier capacity, customer account management, and accounting. As a trusted 3rd party logistics company, we deliver tailored shipping solutions for customers ranging from local shippers to major food and beverage manufacturers keeping store shelves stocked and manufacturers running.

As an OSS, you will help bridge our operations with combined responsibilities matching customer demands and supporting new opportunities, working alongside a world-class group of logistics professionals in a fast-paced environment backed by leading technology. No prior logistics experience is required Seal provides structured training and hands-on development.


Key Responsibilities

Freight Tracking & Operations Track all active freight, confirm pick-ups and deliveries, maintain accurate shipment records for full team visibility, and communicate critical updates throughout the life of each shipment.

Capacity & Load Management Book and sell available freight as instructed, recover loads that may fall off during shipment, and re-communicate or log shipment details as they develop.

Account Management Support Manage ongoing requests from the AM team, foster existing customer relationships to expand opportunities, and assess new opportunities alongside the Sales team.

Accounting & Billing Process accounts receivable and payable as directed, multitasking between operations and accounting to support billing accuracy and timely resolution.
