Position at New Day Recovery
Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the center. The Executive Director plans, implements, and evaluates all aspects of operations under the direction of the CEO to ensure optimal outcomes. The Executive Director oversees the recruitment and training of the team members, has a direct supervisory responsibility with all departments in order to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment. Maintains high customer satisfaction and ensures a quality-oriented workforce. The Executive Director complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and best practices. The Executive Director meets the requirements of SUD-RTF Administrator and consistently complies with all state requirements. The Executive Director is also part of the Senior Management Team, which supports compliance with all delivery of services to the fiscal, ethical, and legal standards upheld by the State Regulatory Requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Communicating effectively in written and oral form
  • Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interpreting and working with profit and loss statements
  • Oversees day to day operations of the center
  • Ensures a client-centered care delivery system
  • Ensures stakeholder markers are met
  • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Regularly meets with executive leadership members around fiscal planning and central initiatives
  • Provide support to sister centers as needed
  • Must meet pre-employment and maintain all applicable state, national, and job-related guidelines for reference checking, background screening,10 panel urine drug screening, health screening, DMV (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications
  • Provides oversight and guidance in any and all aspects
  • Coordinates activities with Clinical, Nursing and Operations as indicated
  • Works to constantly improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission
  • Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of operational departments through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Manages budget in coordination with executive leadership, collaborating with the CEO to develop program budgets
  • The ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA or BS preferred with Graduate Degree MBA or similar desired
  • 5 years experience working Substance Use Disorder Programs
  • Working knowledge of Office 365
  • Must meet pre-employment and maintain all applicable state, national, and job-related guidelines for reference checking, background screening, urine drug screening, health screening, DMV (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications
