Job Description:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Recovery Monitor to join our team. The Recovery Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recovery process, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial in helping our clients navigate their recovery journey with confidence and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage recovery cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and support throughout the recovery process.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recovery strategies.
