Opensity Solutions is seeking a records clerk to assist with a major scanning project which will then be saved in the firm's iManage Work document management system. The ideal candidate will possess record keeping experience in a professional services environment. As a Records Associate, your role is to assist in the effective management and organization of records within the organization. Your attention to detail and adherence to data protection and privacy regulations will be essential in safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance.
Essential Job Functions
  • A general understanding of Records management software and its practical application is required. Having tech savvy and comfort with learning new software is key.
  • Familiarity with any kind of scanning is critical.
  • This role demands outstanding organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to independently manage a high-volume workload.
  • Overtime is required.
  • The ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 20-25 pounds are necessary."

Compensation
The Compensation range for this role is up to $26.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
