Our Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for:

  • Greeting all visitors .
  • Answering the telephone & directing those calls within the building.
  • Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Light Housekeeping, Trash removal, Keeping the Front Lobby Clean & Presentable.
  • Helping Resident with any needs, questions, or care services they feel necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to all departments on an as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Three years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)
  • A Minimum of Three year’s customer service experience.
  • Prior multi-line phone experience.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
