Job description

Part-Time Receptionist at Fellows Riverside Gardens

The Receptionist (FRG) is responsible for providing exceptional customer and visitor service, performing receptionist duties, assisting with facility reservations, and overseeing retail operations at Fellows Riverside Gardens. It is the responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to complete all assigned duties, tasks, and instructions in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Schedule

  • Part-time, year round
  • 28 hours per week
  • Building hours: Tue-Sun, 10am-5pm
  • Weekend availability required

What You Bring!

  • Minimum three (1) years of professional experience in a retail or reception setting
  • A highly positive, professional demeanor, with the ability to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors, vendors, and employees
  • Ability to be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent visitor service skills, with the ability to sell event venues and retail products
