Riverton Pointe Golf & CC is seeking a polished and highly professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our distinguished members and their guests. This role is ideal for an individual who understands elevated service standards, values discretion, and thrives in a refined hospitality environment.
Our Receptionist sets the tone for the entire club experience - delivering seamless service with poise, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional, five-star welcome to members and guests.
  • Manage reservations, appointment books, and member requests with precision and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper etiquette.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure a smooth member experience.
  • Provide administrative support across club operations.
  • Maintain an organized and immaculate front desk presence at all times.

Ideal Candidate
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
