About the Role

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly-organized and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor and a positive attitude. We welcome Patient Care Coordinators who can multitask in a faster-paced work environment and presenting as concierge for the office and patient care experience. Here are a few ways that Bedi Dental supports its great team of providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the front-of-house concierge for the patients; greeting and attending to patient concerns while leading with empathy.
  • Excellent phone skills, ability to handle multiple calls at once while managing front desk duties.
  • Booking and managing a live -document schedule to maximize daily appointments and office productivity.
  • Verifying patient insurance options and converge.
  • Consulting with patients on treatment plans and collecting co-payments.
  • Reliability and accountability for personal schedule and time management.
  • Maintaining a friendly and processional demeanor while at the front desk.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred for eligibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computers for word processing, and records management [list computer software experience required including any specific dental software].
  • Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix knowledge is a plus!
