Work Schedule: up to 15 hours per week max - Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm - depending on office needs and scheduling

Desired Length of Employment: Beginning Fall 2026 continuing to future semesters

Pay Rate: $8.00/hr

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
Serve as front desk reception
Run errands as asked
Make photocopies
Drop off out-going mail and pick up in-coming mail daily
Assist with set up and break down of room set up for events
Provide general office assistance and support
Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications:
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to student information and sensitive situations
Able to operate standard office equipment
Able to effectively use standard office software
Attend to details with accuracy
Communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Able to lift boxes weighing 25 pounds or less, sustain prolonged sitting; and be able to stoop, bend, and reach above head.
Courteous and well groomed
Ability to interact in difficult situations requiring tact and diplomacy
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
