Description
The Workplace Associate will serve as a key member of the Workplace team, fulfilling a dynamic hybrid role that blends front-of-house reception duties with Teamwear operations. This individual will act as the face of the facility, welcoming employees, visitors, and executives, while also supporting the daily operations of the Teamwear program, including apparel distribution, inventory management, and Teamwear trailer upkeep. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and brings strong organizational skills to every interaction.

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri- 8:30am-5:00pm,
Wed- 10:30am-7:00pm,
Pay $24.00
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the facility, greeting all employees, visitors, and executives with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Assist with answering questions and directing individuals to the proper person or department for support
  • Process request through our ticketing system in a timely manner, providing a smooth process for visitors and business guests
  • Maintain a polished, approachable presence always, acting as the face of the facility
  • Support day-to-day Teamwear operations, assisting employees and stakeholders with Teamwear requests, questions, and apparel distribution
  • Maintain organized and accurate records through daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks
  • Assist with receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and stocking inventory and supplies
  • Ensure the Teamwear and operational areas remain clean, organized, and properly merchandised
  • Follow established processes for distribution, record keeping, and tracking to maintain consistency
  • Partner with the Lead Teamwear Specialist to support operational needs, including restocking, audits, and program updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support Workplace and Teamwear-related needs
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and balance reception and Teamwear responsibilities as business needs require
