  • Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients, and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and working to minimize patient wait times.
  • Also serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
