Job description

Step into a highly visible front Receptionist role where you'll be the welcoming face of our client while supporting a dynamic corporate environment. You'll interact with visitors, leadership, and multiple departments while keeping communication and daily office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome visitors, provide information, and direct guests appropriately
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and manage mail
  • Coordinate food orders and event setup/breakdown, including courier coordination
  • Provide administrative support through data entry, filing, supply ordering, and reports
  • Help coordinate courier coverage during absences
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional reception area
  • Represent our client with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service
What You'll Need to be Considered:
  • Bring strong receptionist or administrative assistant experience
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
