Job description

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee a high-impact team including Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates across Gifting, Tour Reception, and Sales Administration. You are the bridge between sales and support, ensuring seamless operations while protecting revenue through strategic anti-rescission efforts.

You will step in, solve problems, coach teams, and elevate performance across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multi-functional sales support team
  • Act as the go-to liaison between Sales and Support teams
  • Resolve guest and owner concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Drive daily anti-rescission strategies to protect revenue
  • Support Sales Consultants and Sales Managers in real time
  • Handle escalations, walk-ins, calls, and emails with confidence

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze Quality Assurance performance weekly to reduce rescissions
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to resolve service and process gaps
  • Train, coach, and elevate both new and tenured team members
  • Reinforce best practices that improve customer experience and close quality
  • Step in where needed, Sales Support, Contracts, QA, you lead from the front

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Vacation Ownership experience preferred
  • Current Nevada State Timeshare License or ability to obtain within 1.5 weeks of start date
  • Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving instincts
