RESUME DU POSTE

Effectuer correctement et regulierement toutes les operations d'expedition et de manutention des stocks de l'entreprise. Respecter toutes les politiques de securite de l'entreprise en matiere d'expedition, de reception et de correction d'inventaires.
 

TACHES PRINCIPALES DU POSTE

  • Atteindre et depasser les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et personnels
  • S'assurer que toutes les initiatives de l'entreprise soient bien mises en uvre conformement aux directives de la direction de l'entreprise
  • Verifier l'exactitude des produits entrants et sortants
  • Verifier l'exactitude de tous les documents d'expedition et de reception (rapports POS, bordereaux de livraison, etc.)
  • Garantir la bonne gestion de tous les stocks du magasin, des marchandises, recues ou transferees
  • Verifier que les produits correspondent aux bonnes tailles
  • Maintenir une zone des stocks propre, organisee et bien rangee
  • Communiquer avec le gerant du magasin et resoudre les problemes lies aux erreurs survenues dans le magasin, recues d'autres magasins ou du siege social
  • Communiquer les besoins de reapprovisionnement des stocks au gerant de district, au service de distribution et au departement des achats et du marchandisage
  • Effectuer d'autres taches assignees par le gerant et l'assistant-gerant du magasin
  • Comprendre la culture Little Burgundy et l'incarner aupres de l'equipe

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  • Experience prealable de gestion dans le domaine de la vente au detail souhaitee
  • 1 a 2 ans d'experience en vente au detail
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de relations interpersonnelles et de service a la clientele
  • Desir de reussir dans un environnement de vente au detail en constante evolution
  • Etre bilingue en fonction des besoins (Quebec seulement) **
  • Volonte d'apprentissage
  • Completer tous les programmes de formation menant au poste de gerant en formation ou une formation equivalente

JOB SUMMARY

To properly complete all shipping and handling of company inventory on a consistent basis. Adhere to all company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and corrections of inventories.
 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Meet and exceed store and personal standards of performance
  • Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company direction
  • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products
  • Verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (POS reports, bill of ladings, etc.)
  • Ensure the proper handling of all store inventories, merchandise, received or transferred
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly sized
  • Maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area
  • Communicate and troubleshoot any mixes generated within the store, received from other stores or Head Office with Store Manager
  • Communicate stock replenishment needs to District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying and Merchandising departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Co-Manager
  • Understand the Little Burgundy culture and demonstrate it to the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior retail management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years retail sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment
  • Bilingualism as required (Quebec only) **
  • Willingness to learn
  • Completion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training position or equivalent training
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age*
