 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, finance, accounting, operations, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least two years of related analytical experience preferred. Recent graduates with strong analytical and technical skills will also be considered.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analytical reporting.
  • Experience creating or interpreting dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with managers and other departments.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

 Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting a multi-location service, transportation, fleet maintenance, or similar operation.
  • Familiarity with ERP, accounting, service-management, or business-intelligence systems.
  • Knowledge of data-querying, data-transformation, AI-enabled productivity, or process-improvement tools.
