Job description

AmeriLux is hiring!  

Shift: 

  • Monday - Friday

Compensation: starting at $23/hour

Job Duties | Qualifications:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner via phone, email (Outlook), and in person.
    • Loads/Unloads all inbound and outbound trucks along with interaction with freight personnel.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, update inventory management systems, and conduct inventory audits as needed.
    • Use dock scheduler to schedule pickup and delivery appointments for carriers and drivers.
    • Use customer portals to update shipments, obtain paperwork, and upload paperwork.
    • Utilize TMS system to process shipments, pick to order, generate BOL’s, packing slips, and invoices.
    • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons identifying shipping information on cartons.
    • Travel between warehouse locations as needed to support inventory management, cycle counts, material transfers, truck loading/unloading, and operational needs.
    • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage inventory. 50 % or more of the time.
    • Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative while interacting with customers in warehouse and loading environments.
