What You'll DoKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Shipping Department while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Delegate workloads and manage shipping workflows including picking, packing, labeling, shrink wrapping, and outbound freight to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Order Processing, Retail, Wholesale, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining company policies, safety standards, Hazmat compliance, and shipping documentation.
Daily Life

Imagine your day: You'll start by organizing the day's priorities with your team, assigning workloads, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently. Throughout the day you'll coordinate with multiple departments, troubleshoot shipping challenges, help on the warehouse floor when needed, operate shipping equipment, and ensure every order leaves accurately, safely, and on time. You'll play a key role in creating an organized, productive, and positive workplace where teamwork drives success.

What You BringEssential Skills
  • Previous warehouse or shipping leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets along with solid mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Willingness to become Forklift Certified, Hazmat Certified (IATA & 49 CFR), and operate powered warehouse equipment including Crown WAVs and powered pallet jacks.
