Job description

Job Summary

Warehouse Associates are primarily responsible for receiving products, bin putaway, picking and packing in support of our SLA of shipping all orders received by 4:00 pm on a daily basis. The Warehouse Associate is expected to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Managers.

Hourly Rate:ย ย $13.00/hour, plus the potential to make an additional $1.00/hour with a monthly performance-based bonus. $4 shift differential on weekends. Potential wage increase after 90 days.

Schedule/Shift:ย ย LOOKING FOR THESE DAYS/HOURS:ย 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday,ย and Saturday 7 am - 2 pm, and/or Sunday 9 am - 3 pm. Weekends can be every weekend or rotating weekends.ย 

Essential Functions

  • Picks orders utilizing RF-Smart Warehouse Management System.
  • Receives product utilizing RF-Smart and NetSuite.
  • Performs Bin Putaway utilizing RF-Smart.
  • Packs and ships orders using ShipHawk.
  • Meets or exceeds department minimum performance goals.
  • Cleans and straightens work areas as necessary.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety.
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance per our attendance policy.
  • Adheres to scheduled work and break times.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with constant moderate noise not requiring personal protective equipment. Occasional exposure to outdoor elements, low or high temperatures, and small, enclosed walk-in cooler.

Physical Demands

Constantly or often remains in a stationary position for prolonged periods, moves about to accomplish tasks, adjusts or moves objects up to 10 pounds, pushes or pulls objects, reaches overhead, reaches at or below shoulder level, stoops, crouches or kneels, ascends and descends ladders or stairs, uses gross manipulation that requires the use of the entire arm, uses fine manipulation that requires the use of the fingers, communicates with others to exchange information, enters text or data into a computer or other device, reads and comprehends text, performs tasks that require close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust eye focus.

Occasionally adjusts or moves objects weighing up to and over 40 pounds, crawls, uses one or both feet to operate controls, operates machinery and heavy equipment, and performs tasks that require color vision.
