Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage relationships with rebate aggregator partners related to any data transferred between the entities
  • Provide account management support services to rebate-only clients as well as assist Company’s account management team with rebate questions from PBM clients.
  • Provide Rebate Manager support in day to day functions, including the submission of claims files to upstream aggregators, maintenance of QA files, and internal support
  • Maintain programs (excluding the RBS system) that manage the import, export and reporting of eligible claims included in the rebate program, including ensuring that data files for rebates are mapped accurately as part of bringing on new clients and updating any changes as needed.
  • Support the generation and delivery of rebate reporting for Finance and release to clients
  • Develop and maintain documentation of rebate processing data flows.
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve rebate & RFP data/reporting issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc data and reporting requests related to rebate services.
  • Contract Compliance for Aggregators and Manufacturer partners

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • PBM industry experience required.
  • Working knowledge of computers and related software applications.
  • Working knowledge of analytical & reporting tools recommended.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of ethics and integrity.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or five years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires sitting, standing and occasional light to medium lifting.
