Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support one of our top-performing Brokerage teams. This is a highly visible role for someone who would enjoy keeping complex transactions moving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can take pride in being the steady, trusted partner brokers rely on.


What you will do


Transaction management and brokerage support
You will coordinate commercial real estate transactions from listing through closing, including leases, renewals, amendments, and sales. You will manage timelines, critical dates, and documentation while ensuring accuracy at every step. You will serve as a key point of contact for brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners, keeping deals organized and moving forward.


Marketing and client materials
You will prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. You will customize and format materials using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar tools, ensuring everything meets Colliers branding and quality standards.


Operational excellence
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the brokerage team, juggle competing priorities, and proactively identify ways to improve processes. You will anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.

Requirements:
