Responsibilities:- Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in property showings, open houses, and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
- Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
- Support the team in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and real estate best practices.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting listings online and offline.
Qualifications:- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.
- Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently, ensuring client information is accurately maintained in CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients during property showings and meetings.
