What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

  • High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ experience in an customer service role OR sold products for your own business
  • Self sufficient and able to manage your time
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and contracts
  • Exceptional over the phone (requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills


Compensation:

  • $2,000 monthly salary
  • $500 per closed transaction (OTE $2,500-5,000 monthly)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives
