About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing legal team supporting large-scale development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and playing a key role in advancing complex real estate transactions from inception through closing.

Job Description:

The Real Estate Paralegal will support land acquisition, development, and legal operations by managing documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating project-related legal activities. This position will oversee multiple active projects simultaneously and work closely with legal, development, and operational teams to help move projects through various stages of execution and financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously while tracking progress and critical deadlines
  • Conduct due diligence reviews related to land acquisitions and development activities
  • Analyze title commitments, deeds, easements, surveys, and related property records
  • Prepare and revise legal documents, including amendments, assignments, estoppels, subordination agreements, and other transactional documents
  • Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Support closing activities and facilitate execution of transaction documents
  • Collaborate with legal, land, and development teams to resolve project-related issues
  • Assist with legal process improvements, records management, and internal documentation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience supporting real estate transactions in a law firm or corporate legal environment
  • Strong understanding of leases, easements, title matters, surveys, land acquisition, and related real estate agreements
  • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Additional Details:

  • Direct Hire opportunity
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Boulder office
  • Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
