Your job duties are to research, draft, review, and file documents such as leases, subleases, purchase assignments, mortgage notes, title affidavits, and property descriptions. You may also answer client questions about real estate codes, write closing checklists for real estate sales, and work with lawyers and real estate agents throughout the sale and closing process of a property.
