Supporting a dynamic group of attorneys across commercial real estate, construction, and bankruptcy practices, this hybrid-friendly role offers a varied workload handling high-impact commercial transactions, construction lien enforcement, and creditor representation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lien & Bankruptcy Administration: Draft, record, and track construction mechanics' liens, claim of liens on real property, payment bond claims, and bankruptcy proof of claims.
  • Transactional Execution: Assist with commercial closings and real estate finance matters, drafting deeds, deeds of trust, settlement statements, UCC filings, and lease agreements.
  • Title & Survey Review: Abstract real property titles, review title commitments, examine exception documents, analyze surveys, zoning reports, and municipal land records.
  • Litigation & Dispute Support: Prepare initial litigation pleadings, motions, affidavits, mechanics' lien enforcement filings, discovery requests, and trial exhibit binders for construction and bankruptcy matters.
