Colliers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Intern to support our Appleton-based commercial real estate team throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. This in-person internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate operations, property management administration, tenant relations, budgeting support, and office management.


The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service oriented, and eager to learn about commercial real estate in a collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the property management and real estate operations team.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist with document preparation, scanning, data entry, and record retention.

Monitor and manage the team's shared email inbox, routing inquiries and responding as appropriate.

Support front desk and office administrative functions as needed.

Assist with tenant communications and correspondence.

Prepare and distribute tenant welcome letters and onboarding materials.

Help coordinate tenant appreciation initiatives, including holiday gift ordering and distribution.

Provide timely and professional customer service support to tenants and vendors.

Assist with invoice processing and tracking.

Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.

Help maintain accurate records related to property operations and expenditures.

Assist with vendor coordination and office supply purchasing.

Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate supply orders.

Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a technical college or undergraduate degree program.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
