• Must hold a valid, active State of Wisconsin Real Estate License in good standing with DSPS.
• 3-5+ years of residential real estate, new home sales, or brokerage experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MLS systems, real estate contracts, transaction processes, and Wisconsin real estate regulations.
• Sound judgment and ability to make timely, independent decisions consistent with company values and legal requirements.
