Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Learn and maintain home inventory and product knowledge.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Hold open houses and staff model homes.
• Be open to hours of business to meet with potential home buyers/owners.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings & events.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, as well as closely with clients in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Ability to manage CRM database and leads.
• Ability to proactively make on the spot decisions while maintaining our core values.
• Attend company meetings & trainings as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve success independently.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively.
